BeNomadic Retreat Policy on Cancellations + Refunds: Bali

Any payment made towards booking your spot on this BeNomadic Bali Trip is non-refundable.

 

Although circumstances change, any payment

received from you is immediately used to secure your space in the

villa and other activities you will participate in during the Bali Week.

 

These financial obligations mean that BeNomadic Bali is unfortunately

unable to offer a refund in any circumstance.

 

Should your circumstances change and you have no choice but to

cancel your booking, you must inform the Queen's Project/BeNomadic team in writing as soon

as possible. Your booking will not be cancelled until the BeNomadic team receives your notice of cancellation in writing i.e., via email to info@thequeensproject.org. Your cancellation will not be confirmed until you have received confirmation in writing from us.

 

Chargebacks/Disputes:

By purchasing this ticket you understand our policy, and agree to commit to your payment and agree that you will not under any circumstance file a dispute (i.e. a Chrageback of any kind) against this ticket purchase ,with your bank or any financial institution or platform (Wix, PayPal, or Afterpay) in which you used to make this purchase. Please see our ticket and event policy for more details.

 

Airfare, Flight Disturbances or cancellations:

You understand that this retreat ticket does not include airfare. All Airfare costs are covered and arranged by you, the guest. Should your flight be cancelled, or delayed you understand that The Queen's Project, and BeNomadic are unable to offer any last minute trip refund either partial or in full.

 

 

BeNomadic Group Trip Policy: Liability & Travel Insurance Requirement

BeNomadic is committed to providing enriching travel experiences. However, we are not liable for any cancellations under any circumstances. To ensure travelers are protected from unforeseen events, we **require all participants to purchase travel insurance** that includes, but is not limited to, coverage for:

  • Trip cancellations and interruptions

  • Medical emergencies and evacuation

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Other unexpected travel disruptions

 

Recommended Travel Insurance Providers

While travelers are free to choose their insurance provider, we recommend the following companies that offer coverage beyond standard trip cancellations:

1. World Nomads – Offers coverage for adventure activities, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.  

2. Allianz Global Assistance – Provides comprehensive policies, including epidemic-related disruptions and emergency medical care.  

3. **Seven Corners** – Specializes in flexible plans for international travel, covering medical evacuations and trip delays.  

It is the responsibility of each traveler to secure appropriate coverage and understand their policy details. Proof of insurance will be required prior to departure. BeNomadic assumes no responsibility for any costs or losses incurred due to trip cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

By registering for a BeNomadic trip, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
