Important to note that the Be Nomadic/Queen's Project team will be leading this retreat and the activities will be done together as a group.

*Travel arrangements are not part of this retreat ticket, and all airfare and travel from the airport (Outside of our designated pick-up window) is the responsibility of the guest and not provided by us* 
Travel insurance is required for all guests who are attending this retreat. 
Once your payment is made, there will be no refunds for any reason regardless how you financed this trip.
You understand that any chargeback claims will be disputed and a copy of your signed agreement will be used as evidence that you understood our refund policy prior to purchasing. 
If you are ultimately unable to attend the trip, you must let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our reservations and expectations.
